Your Trane Digital Tool Bag

In this class we will be looking at the digital platform that Trane Dealers have access to, & how to best utilitze those tools in your daily activities. We will be diving into Comfortsite & how to navigate the tools within such as Diagnostics, WebCats, Piping program, & other useful information points. We will also explore fieldtechhelp.com and all of the benefits that it provides. This class will be tailored toward service & install managers and will require participants to have a Comfortsite log-in as well as an active Trane LMS account. Participants will be required to bring a laptop with them as this will be an interactive class where you will be actively performing tasks related to the topics being discussed.
