We are happy to report that effective Jan. 1, 2025, Durastar unitary products can now receive a 10-year limited warranty on parts by registering the equipment on warranty.durastar.com.
Out of the box limited warranty on Durastar equipment:
The new warranty opportunity is valid for both R-454B and R-410A unitary products installed after 1/1/2025 and products installed in 2024 that have not yet been registered and have not past the 90 day grace period.
Please note that in CA, TX, and FL, the full 10-year parts/10-year compressor warranty will be provided regardless of registration.

You can now exchange your refrigerant tanks at Ferguson for no fee. Bring your full recovery tank into a participating Ferguson location and exchange for an empty tank easily at no charge.
