Hex Drivers
Featuring deeper sockets, the C-RHEX Building Construction Series drivers are ideal for installing fasteners with higher head heights, such as concrete anchors, pole barn screws, and other common RSG fasteners. On top of that, these drivers are designed to work effectively with painted fasteners, as specialized polish in the internal sockets prevents them from falling off the shaft. Contractors and maintenance teams will save valuable time and effort by having access to two reversible hex sizes in one driver with color-coded grooves for easy identification. Like our other C-RHEX models, these drivers are built with S2 hardened steel for long life and superior durability. The protected heavy-duty magnet is easy to clean and doesn’t contact the screw, so the fasteners spin true, and the magnet retains its strength for years to come. It’s the perfect companion for RSG pros.

Fits most units with combination of RRW316, 3/4″ Tip Hex Key Wrench Insert and RRW316C, 1/2″ Tip Hex Key Wrench Insert.
Aviation Snips: MAX 2000
Malco’s Max2000 Aviation Snips are made in the USA and available in left, right, and combination cutting options.
These snips feature Euro-styled ergonomic handles. Textured, solid-colored, molded thermoplastic grips and finger stops complement a narrow handle opening to fit large or small hands. An ambidextrous, thumb-operated handle latch and replaceable compression spring complete this user-friendly design.
All of Malco’s Max2000 Aviation Snips feature superior hardened blade edges for “maximum” cutting life. Riveted, head-to-handle compound linkage multiplies hand leverage applied by user. Linkage will not rattle or loosen ever! And an easily adjustable pivot bolt, with nylon locking nut, holds its adjustment securely for these hard-working aviation snips.

Malco’s Max2000 Bulldog Aviation Snip is made with high-leverage, snub-nosed alloy steel blades, with a serrated lower blade. The Bulldog snips shorter blades and serrated lower jaw ensures controlled notching and trimming out to the blade tip in layered sheet metals and metal seams. Precisely ground blade tips also cut into tight spaces and flush to 90° walls.
Sheet Metal Hole Cutters
Malco’s sheet metal hole cutter quickly installs into the chuck of any drill as small as 1/4″. The Distinctive Gold Bits, Bearings, and Pivot Pin signify the longest lasting, fastest cutting, and easiest adjusting solution for cutting holes in sheet metal. A lightweight aluminum frame makes these accessories extremely portable for a variety of hole cutting applications in sheet metal, which includes 20-gauge (1.02 mm) galvanized steel.
A compact model HC1 Hole Cutter is adjustable for making 2 to 12″ (51 to 305 mm) diameter holes. The larger HC2 model cuts 2 to 20″ (51 to 508 mm) holes. A combination English/Metric diameter gauge is included on the adjustable pivot slide for both models and both models use the same mill-type Cutter Bit and replacement parts.
