Join us for a training with Anthony Maynor of RightTek HVAC Training LLC., on January 21, 2025 from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. at our Holly Springs location.
With R-410A being completely phased out of new units, the new R-454B and R-32 Refrigerant have been selected as the replacement refrigerants. This training will focus on teaching the foundational knowledge that must be understood to safely and correctly install and service these new systems in residential and light commercial applications.
You will learn:
- Safe Handling and Usage
- Storage and Transportation Requirements
- Mandatory New Tools and Equipment Requirements
- Installing the equipment and new components in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions
- Proper refrigerant piping installation procedures including piping, brazing, pressure testing, evacuation and charging
- The requirements for an OEM installed refrigerant leak detector, and how to properly install and service equipment containing this important new component
Registration is required. Cost to attend is $200. Exam and book is an additional $25.
Participants must bring a phone, tablet or laptop to take the certification exam.
