You interact with customers every day. Give yourself an edge with ways to make good and lasting impressions, improve communication skills, understand the nature of an installer or technician, gain skills in dealing with upset customers, and conflict resolution.
This class is for anyone dealing with customers – installers, technicians, sales, schedulers, etc.
Lunch will be provided.
Eligible for 8 hours of NATE Continuing Education & State of Ohio OCILB Hours.
