Foundations of Installations

This class is intended to aid/assist companies with the training of their new install mechanics and helpers. It is an introduction to proper performance regarding the basic tasks that will be expected of them daily in this industry. They will learn about all aspects of proper duct and system installation from beginning to end of the process.
Students do not need to have any knowledge of the installation process. The course content is intended to be an introductory class for new mechanics and a refresher class for more seasoned installers.
After completing the course, participants will be able to:
*Identify what materials will be needed to complete the task presented to them.
*Understand proper equipment placement/support
*Understand how to properly install duct work and make connections
*Understand how to run refrigerant lines and proper brazing techniques
*Know and understand proper wiring methods
*Understand how to complete a proper system commissioning process.
