The American Standard Variable Speed Compressor outdoor units require technical training and a passing certification test before they are allowed to work on the equipment. This also means to receive technical support. This is to prepare the technician to understand the equipment, safety, operation, installation, and service.
Service manual is included.
Objectives:
• Understand the 3 types electrical voltages used.
• Understand how to set up the equipment.
• Understand how and why the unit operates.
• Understand how to trouble shoot the equipment.
• Know where the fault codes and diagnostics are located.
