We are pleased to introduce you to your Trane Field Support Representative (FSR) team. Our team is here to actively, purposefully and in a timely manner help you understand and follow proper installation and service procedures for Trane equipment.

Rick Blank

Rick Blank CMS is a 48-year veteran of the HVAC/R trade with 26 years of field service experience in residential, commercial, and industrial heating and cooling, hydronics, refrigeration, and controls. He is formerly a licensed HVAC and Unlimited Refrigeration contractor in the City of Toledo and holds NATE & RSES Specialist certifications. He uses his experience to present information in a clear and understandable presentation for the last 38 years instructing at RSES educational classes, community college classes, and Ferguson educational classes.

Rick is a technical support and training professional at Ferguson HVAC Ohio working out of Toledo, Ohio where he provides technical support and training for Trane equipment as well as Mitsubishi, Fujitsu Airstage H, and Airstage VRF.

Jeff Moore

Jeff Moore has more than 22 years in the HVAC/R industry as a technician working on residential heating and air conditioning, commercial and industrial heating and air conditioning, controls, chillers, building automation, clean rooms, and specialty HVAC applications. He has certifications in Trane Intellipac 1 and 2, Trane RTAE and RTAC Chillers, Liebert DSE and DS/VS, Liebert Advanced controls and Electronic Servicing Institute.

Jeff has spent the last year as a Trane Field Support Representative and Trainer where he provides technical support for Ferguson HVAC Ohio.
